Little Island Kitchen, affectionately known as Ethel Mae’s Kitchen (named after the Grandmother of the owners of Little Island Creamery) is equipped with three induction cooking elements, microwave, countertop grill, double convection ovens, four sinks, hand-washing station, dishwasher, refrigerator, dry and cold storage, and prep table.

Renters are required to bring their own utensils, equipment and supplies. A security deposit will be collected and only returned to the renter if the kitchen is returned in the same condition as it was received.
